Yoga Classes:
Melissa practices a comprehensive style of classic Hatha yoga, with a focus on increasing the awareness on thought, emotions and sensations. Thereby, being able to transform any negative habits and patterns that create obstacles in ones own path, and ultimately achieving harmony and complete union(yoga).
Each class is a unique experience and includes: asanas (postures), controlled breathing (pranayama), meditation, mantra (sacred sound), and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).
Classes are open to anyone from any age or background. Beginners will quickly notice increased flexibility, strength and balance, peace of mind, and better overall heath.
